Through our Technical Sales Team, Product Managers, Engineers, and Project Managers, United Rentals will not only provide the best equipment, but the safest and most economical solution for your project, and the best on-site support and service in the industry.
Our specialist teams can provide custom advice and support for all of our customers’ shoring, propping, and traffic needs. They can explain how to install our products, provide on-site consultations specific to customers’ needs, or even deliver a complete supply and installation service, working with our customers at all stages of their project, from the tender stage, site inspections and designs, through to the installation or installation guidance. We understand that once the safe work solution has been provided and the equipment is on-site, our customers require guidance and advice for the correct use of the products.
We also provide our customers with detailed methodologies, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and stage drawings to ensure the equipment and services are site-specific and the correct documentation is in place before starting the job.
