Mine Site Facilities
We design and build containerised facilities for mining, resources, and remote operations across Australia. When an operation is too remote for a permanent base, we build a modular compound that does the same job: parts storage, office space, and a specialised workshop, all engineered to relocate as work moves between sites.
Each module is built around your tooling, workflows, and servicing requirements, so a remote team can keep working with the same capability they’d have at a permanent base. Structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and finishing work is completed to a standard that holds up in demanding conditions, a long way from the nearest town.
- Containerised compounds combining office, parts store, and workshop
- Built to your tooling, workflows, and servicing requirements
- Standardised, repeatable design for fast setup and future builds
- Relocatable across sites as operational priorities change
Services
Modular Field Compounds
We build the facility as a set of containerised modules that work together as one compound. A delivered project combined a 20ft office with kitchenette, a 20ft parts store with shelving and external power, and a 20ft wet workshop under a container shelter, giving a remote team a complete field base in a single, transportable package.
Engineered for Your Operation
Each module is engineered to accommodate your specialised equipment, in the delivered case rock tool servicing gear, with full electrical, HVAC, lighting, and safety fit-outs, EPS panel lining for insulation and climate control, and integrated workbenches, extraction fans, and service inlet boxes. It’s a workspace built around the job, not a shed with equipment dropped into it.
Standardised, Repeatable Design
Once a compound design works, we can build it again. A standardised layout speeds up the next deployment, keeps build quality consistent across multiple compounds, and reduces the design and engineering effort each time. For an operator rolling out facilities across several sites, that means a predictable result every time.
Built to Relocate
Durable containerised construction means the compound travels safely and redeploys between sites as priorities shift. The facility moves with the work, so you’re not rebuilding from scratch every time the operation changes location.

Case Study: Mine Site Facilities
A client supplying and maintaining rock tools for surface and underground mining needed to keep critical tooling serviced directly on site, to minimise downtime and stay ready for production. They needed a mobile, containerised facility that gave a remote site the same setup it would have at a permanent base: secure parts storage, a functional office, and a specialised wet workshop, all fully relocatable across multiple mine sites. We designed and built a three-container compound, a parts store, a self-contained office with kitchenette, and a wet workshop under a dome shelter, engineered to deliver that same capability wherever it’s deployed.
Mine Site Facilities FAQs
Whatever the operation needs to run on site. A typical compound combines an office, a parts or equipment store, and a workshop, but the mix is built to your requirements. The delivered project combined a 20ft office with kitchenette, a 20ft parts store, and a 20ft wet workshop under a shelter, all working together as one field base.
Yes. The compound is built from containerised modules made to travel. It redeploys between sites as your operational priorities change, so the facility follows the work rather than being rebuilt each time.
Yes, and it’s often the point. We build to a standardised, repeatable design, so once a layout works you get the same result on the next site, with consistent quality, faster setup, and your branding and equipment specifications carried through.
