Visiting our facility
Whether you’re hiring a United Rentals container, hosting your own or using our 24/7 self-storage, our facilities provide safe, compliant storage with access under controlled conditions.
Sign-In Requirements: All customers must sign in and collect a safety vest before accessing hosted containers.
Safety Gear: Closed-in shoes are mandatory for all visitors.
Onsite Loading: Hosted containers can be loaded onsite when space is available.
Compliance Requirements: Customer-hosted containers must have a valid Container Safe Convention (CSC) plate within the certification period. A weighbridge certificate is required to confirm compliance with the 10-tonne load limit (including contents).
Storage Options for Hosted Containers: 20ft General Purpose (5.9m x 2.35m) and 20ft Refrigerated (5.9m x 2.35m) containers are available.
24-Hour Notice for Hosted Containers: 24 hours’ prior notice is required to access onsite hosted containers.
Access Hours:
- Self-Storage: 24/7, 7 days a week with pin code entry, no restrictions on access.
- Hosted Containers: 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
